I am beyond pleased with this chair mat so far. Typically, I like to wait in order test out anything I buy prior to writing a review, but this time I couldn’t wait.
I work from home, so I am in my office all day. My previous chair mat was bought from Office Depot for something like $30-$40, and within a couple days after bringing it home, the cracking started. After with regards to 5-6 months, there had been so much cracking and buckling that my feet were starting to at times get scraped when trying to move the chair. And moving the chair was virtually inconceivable as it would get stuck in all the cracks. This does not work well when you are working amid two dissimilar computers.
Needless to say, I looked to Amazon to get a substitute instead of going to an office supply store. My new Cleartex chair mat was obtained a couple days ago, and there is a finish deviations Instantly, I could tell the quality is much better. The mat is very thick and not too pliable. Now my chair may genuinely move freely without much attempts For the last two days, I have smiled after sitting down in my office chair when I used to curse and grumble each morning. What a difference! It’s weird to say, but I love, love, love my new chair mat!

that showed (after regarding a year of use) chair-leg marks and cracks. The alternate shows none of these, so far,
about 2 months of used I am very happy with the quality of this product, which as well arrived promptly.
I’ve had this for a few months now. it is been outstanding so far. I kind of wish I got the one that would be better for thicker carpet. This one is in all probability primarily for office use, and not for thick high quality carpets. It does slide quite a bit, nonetheless in terms of build quality it is great. This chair mat does not bend and its quite strong. With cheaper chair mats, after sitting on it, they will usually get started to bend or sink when the chairs feet are. This chair mat will not do that at all. I suggest becoming the larger chair mat from this brand because this one is kind of small but that was my fault for not measuring.
Although I was wary when it comes to ordering this product online, this chair mat actually does what the description promises. Previously purchased mats from local office supply stores, all rapidly cracked and split. My husband weighs 225 lbs. and hasn’t made a dent in this mat. It is barely noticeable on the carpet and has no raised edges to feel whether or not the chair moves off the mat. Price is reasonable, too.
The edges on this mat curl up. I have had it a little over a month and it is in a bedroom with very light utilized The edges lift up and it does not lie flat and flush with the carpet and so it has become a tripping hazard. Do not recommend this mat for purchased
This mat works as advertised when you can get it to remain in one place. I have to readjust it virtually daily, as the teeth aren’t keeping it in place – and I do have low pile carpet! One of the rare times I regret buying a product unseen from Amazon instead of checking it out personally beforehand.
Outside of the ceaseless sliding, my chair rolls outstanding and smooth on the mat and it hasn’t devised any fissures after a month of ~6 hours per day used
Only time can tell when it comes to wearability but one tremendous vantage over ones I’ve had in the past, it came flat as opposed to rolled, permitting it to lay down flat in an instant rather than possibly hurting your hands on the bottom prongs that hold it in place on the carpet while trying to unroll it, unrolling one of these and getting it to lay flat on the floor can be a intimidating task. Quick shipping and fair price are two more reasons I’m happy with this bought
The price was right, the size–a bit littler than I wanted–but fine, and the polycarbonate is hard sufficient that–so far at least–it has not created dents from the rollers on my chair. The only problem is that with no “teeth” or “cleats” on the back-side it will not remain put on my low pile carpet. It is invariably sliding around, forcing me to reposition it about twice a day. I am a very heavy man and necessitated the strength of the polycarbonate but did not anticipate it would so easily slide around with the movement of my desk chair. actually a nice mat if you can find a way to keep it in place. I am going to attempt carpet tape and hopefully that will work.
As for Amazon the price was excellent, the ordering routine smooth, and the shipping method and speed was superb. I was glad (but surprised!) to see that it was shipped flat and not bent in any way. It made for a humongous box but it allowed it to lay flat as soon as it was unpacked. Kudos, Amazon!!
This is a highly satisfactory productions After experiencing disappointment with two other locally purchased mats, this is a real comfort. It is everything it is portrayed to be. Just remember, it is a bit on the small side, but that just happened to be incisively what I necessitated in a fixed space.
The polycarbonate feature works the best. I have had cheap plastic office mats that were starting to buckle & warp due to spacious use (3 years) with my office chair. I just got this today and so far the wheels do not seem to sink in to the mat (like my old one did). One thing I wasn’t expecting which is a plus. Amazon ships it as it looks in the picture, not rolled up. That made me give it 5 stars! I will follow up in a couple months to see how this is holding holding holding NOT waste your cash on this, my floor mat has cracked after only 4 months of use! I have very plush carpet so perhaps that is partially to blame and even after 30 days the manufacturer refused to provide an exchanged I didn’t want to return it because it would have cost more than to get a replacement. One area is that it cracked right in the center making the harm even worse. I’m trying to find a replacement but you do get what you pays for with this item. Save your cash and get a better thicker mat for plush carpets peculiarly if you have a really nice leather chair for your office.
