Reverse Phone Seek

The number is an 866 number and shows up on my caller ID as unavailable and when I try to call it back it is either busy or it just rings until it disconnects. It is really annoying. I have no idea who to contact to make the calls stop I get them as many as 5 times a day every day even on the weekends. Any help to figure out how to verify who the caller is would be greatly appreciated.

I want to purchase the software or the bluetooth adapter, but with this is it possible to take a ringtone or picture from the comptuer and put it onto the phone? I know you can take a picture from the phone and put it on the computer, but is the reverse possible as well?
And if this is possible, could you put small mp3s on the phone? I didnt think it was a mp3 phone but if you can take ringtones from the computer mp3s should work too? ( or converted mp3 files. do they need a specific format?)

The user guide is completely lacking on this subject. XD

Ok, my phone is new, and I got this odd text message and I want to know who exactly it is..I wanted the name but on websites I can only find where this person is at, which is Tulare. The number is 559-684-2571..Does anyone know a site I can get the person’s name, or if someone who actually has paid for the ‘Get the owners name by paying this amount and registering’ deal, that can look it up for me? I know its to much to ask for but I really want to know who it was..
I don’t know who it is..It’s not a friend. The text was Need to lose weight? Go to a zoo and live there. Some wierd crud like that. They aren’t very good with insults but still.

Are there web sites that are free for reverse phone look up. A lot say they are, but once you put all your information in, it wants to charge you. Any ideas?

Everytime I try, (like whitepages.com), they don’t give the name or the address of the # I’m searching, they just provide a link to a website like intelius that makes you pay for the info. Any help?

I have a missed called from the same number that does not answer when I return it, but has called and texted me (I don’t text) a number of times. I would like to know who is calling…..is there a way to find out? Reverse phone look up is no help.
