Does anyone know about cell phone batteries?

I have a walkman 600I by ericcson and also a z300 by ericcson. Does anyone know if the walkman battery is reverse polarity? I dont know if there is something wrong with my walkman phone? Or is the battery reverse polarity and that’s why the batteries are not interchangable! Please help!

    Sony-Ericcson Z300 .Never mind no charge is problem.Help in Servise.Batteries is polimerstrukture.Sorry.Reverse is wrong.EU,BG,11.26am.Marks.
