how do i reverse my phone’s silent mode?

i cell phone used to be on silent mode but now i dont want it like that anymore so how do i reverse it? i have a t-mobile type of phone and in the silent mode place, it doesnt have a place for cancel silent mode, it only have mute or vibrate and booth of those options still make my phone silent. how do i un-silent it??? HELP!!!!!!!!!

    An up and down arrow keep pressing up and down arrow keep pressing up and it should turn off silent mode.
    The side there should turn off silent mode.
    The side there should be an up and down arrow keep pressing up and it should turn off silent mode.
