   You can look up any land-line number as long as it isn’t unlisted through a variety of sites. Unfortunately, you will have to pay to look up cell phone and unlisted. Here are some sites:
   There are a lot of sites that will do this for you, all you have to do is google reverse phone lookup and you will find some.

   For land lines dont think there are lot of reverse lookup sites for cell phone numbers just do yahoo search.

   The above is use google msn and tons of risk but if the cell phones you might be able to get refund but try google msn type in the do reverse lookup zimbio good place to get refund but if nothing works out the above is good luck.
